UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANY CASH PAYMENT(S) TOWARDS BOOKINGS BE MADE TO STAFF MEMBERS OR PEOPLE CLAIMING TO BE REPRESENTATIVES  BASED AT ANY OF THE ASHONGMAN HOLIDAY HOMES.

 

ANY SUCH PAYMENTS WILL NOT BE OFFICIALLY RECEIPTED LEAVING YOU LIABLE FOR ANY FURTHER OUTSTANDING PAYMENTS.

 

 

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

All Booking Forms must be accompanied by 50% deposit to secure dates requested

Further outstanding payments must be received 14 days prior to booking start date

 

 

CHEQUE PAYMENTS

Cheques are generally not accepted unless drawn on a valid UK account

Any Cheque Payment must be for the full amount

Booking References will not be released until successful clearance of cheque(non negotiable!)

 

 

MONEY TRANSFERS

All additional costs pertaining to Western Union / Moneygram payments to be met by the customer 

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

All Cancellation Requests must be in writing ( text messages not acceptable)

 

Once 50% deposit received :

20% of deposit returnable if cancellation request  falls no less than 6 weeks due to booking start date.

25% of deposit returnable if cancellation request falls no less than within 3 weeks of booking date

0% of deposit returnable if cancellation request falls within 3 weeks of booking start date.

 

TRANSFERABLE DATES

We appreciate that life often throws us surprises, therefore partially / fully deposited dates are transferable  up to 12 months of original booking start date.(as long as dates and same room booking type available)
